Job Order The job order module contains all the job requests received through the phone, fax, or e-mail. Different pertinent client information such as Client ID, required number of nurses, required time duration, hours needed, available days, supervisor reports, needed special skill requirements and pay per hour of both client and employee are collected in this module. The data gathered by the job order module are used by NCASS in choosing the right employee that suits the services to be rendered on a client. Once an employee is queued on a client, a job status is set on the employees availability marker so that this employee is not to be included on the automated selection process. When the employee file and the requirements are successfully matched, the job order is marked as filled. If an employee rejects the offer, the NCASS will choose another employee that is also suitable for the job until the job order is filled.
Daily Time Record The daily time record module handles the signed timesheets of all employees.
Billing & Payroll Every time a job is finished, the NACSS automatically transfers the completed Job Order to the billing module. The Job Order stays in this module until its maturity period. The maturity of a Job Order is the duration when the invoices are ready to be paid. The billing period is assigned by the Client Module. This can be set as 15, 30 or 45 days. When the job order reached its maturity, the module automatically generates a billing invoice to be sent on the client. The payment method can be set on auto-pay, in which the NACSS automatically prints a draft to be sent on a designated bank. This allows the module to receive payments without waiting for the clients response. The payroll section of this module provides the copies of the employees work progress. The payroll portion computes the amount that the employee will receive according to the accomplished job order. The generated DTR is transferred to a third-party payroll processor such as ADP.
